This site is about exposing the lies, deception, PERJURY, manipulation, and abuse of power of an emotionally abusive man and how he has used his children to hurt and control his ex-wife, their Mother.  The objective is to help educate men and women to know how to identify abuse in relationships, how to get help, and how to get out if necessary.  We offer an educational tool for parents to use to warn and to teach their teenage daughters about abusive and controlling boyfriends and future spouses.  This is the true story of one Mother's fight for justice to protect her children and to expose the truth behind years of lies and manipulation that her ex-husband used to distort her character to intentionally inflict emotional and financial distress on her.

Up Against Evil was written in order to expose the truth behind years of lies, manipulation, emotional and sexual abuse, and even perjury in a court of law.  You will read about the history of abuse to which a husband subjected his wife during their ten year marriage and the abuse he has continued to inflict upon their children and upon her over the past five years since their divorce.  The story shows how a Judge turned her eyes from truth even when it was clearly defined through evidence and witness testimony.  It exposes how the Judicial system refused to even consider years of this abuse, as well as the legal manipulation by this man, and how knowledge of that abuse would have influenced the jury had it been allowed to be presented.  This mother knows the pain, suffering and heartache of losing her children to a manipulative man.  She understands first-hand how emotional abuse can tear a person apart and can cause one to question every decision made and every struggle faced.  She knows how it feels to have the judicial system fail her over and over and over again because the laws are designed to ignore hidden truth if it has already made one pass through the court system and was ignored the first time.  That system is also weighted toward one who can financially afford to stay in the game the longest, while limiting what the victim can use to protect herself and her children.  She knows without a doubt how hard it is each day to get up and keep fighting for what’s right and just in an unfair world. Her sons know what it is like to have promises broken and how it feels to be told lie after lie after lie about them and about their Mother.  They know what it’s like to be ripped away from their Mother by an abuser who has manipulated the system as well as his family for their entire lives.  In her story, Jennifer wants to use her experiences to educate you and to help you to avoid the personal heartache and tragedy that she suffered and that she has continued to suffer for over fifteen years.  She wants you to know and have confidence that you are not alone.  Her sufferings through emotional, physical, and financial abuse have led her through a living hell.  Knowledge of her situation and experiences can help you if you are the victim of intentional, systematic, unwarranted, spousal abuse, or it may help someone you know, or someone you love.  Jennifer states, "This book tells my story and that of my children, because at the end of the day the truth is all we have".
