Today's Interesting Events

As of tomorrow the book, Up Against Evil, will have been made public for three weeks, and guess what everyone? Today, I received notice that my ex-husband's attorney, Mr. Robert Zepeda has his relative representing him as his attorney and they are fiercely trying to collect on the judgment that Judge Martha Tanner granted them well over a year ago. Let me explain. February 2007 after my ex, Benton Tower, and his buddies successfully conspired and committed perjury, Benton then sued me for child support after we had already been divorced for four years since now I am remarried.

Not only did the judge grant him this undue and undeserved child support, she also granted his attorney a judgment against me for his legal fees of $32,000.00 on top of the $40,000.00 bill I received from my own attorneys. This judgment has been in effect since April 2007 and I have not, nor will I pay it. I have no money left. Benton Tower has already financially ruined me so now my new husband pays the child support to prevent further issues in that area.

Since this judgment was put in place 14 months ago, Robert Zepeda has not once tried to collect it from me. I have never received a bill or notice; not a letter nor a phone call regarding trying to collect this payment. Today, Mr. Zepeda's attorney (whom I believe is his son, John, who assisted Robert during the trial where the conspiracy to perjury was committed) has now sent a Writ of Garnishment to establishments where they believe I hold accounts containing money.

Let's recap: Book published May 27, 2008....Benton Tower and his attorney, Robert Zepeda began to thoroughly inspect website on June 2, 2008....Writ of Garnishment after Judgment was filed in the Bexar County Courthouse on June 6, 2008....I'm notified by Financial Institutions regarding their receiving notice of this Writ on June 16, 2008. Coincidence? I think not!!!

Somebody doesn't like that their lies, deceptive manipulation, PERJURY, and abuse is being exposed and that the TRUTH is being told for all the world to read. Now they want to collect on something they know I don't have and they are trying to obtain money from RETIREMENT accounts that they KNOW are legally exempt per the U.S. tax code, as well as by the State of Texas. Sounds like abuse and intimidation tactics to me. Do you agree that I am truly Up Against Evil? I will keep you posted.

Jennifer: Wow...if your accusations are true, and I have no reason to believe they're not, I am glad you are exposing these people for who they are. And for those who represent and support this evil act your ex-husband has ventured against you I say "some people would throw their mother under the bus if it meant a nickle in their pocket". Sooner or later what unjust things people do in the darkness will come to light and that is what is happening here. This takes a lot of strength on your part and your husband, Art, is to be commended for his support. God bless you and my prayers are with you. Up against evil? You need to tell your readers the whole story first of how you lost custody of your children before you have them examine your issue. If they knew all the events leading up to your court case, then they would have a better knowledge of what is going on,and really understand why justice was served. Stop fooling yourself. But I guess as the guilty party, you don't like taking responsibility for your actions, that you have to blame others. What comes around goes around. Even sugar daddy couldn't help you out of this one.

For over a month now the challenage has been out there to provide me with details about the abuse I suffered at the hands of my ex-husband and how I supposedly did not tell the entire story. The facts are in the free book with all the details. No one has come forth to file suit against me for defamation or slander because everything I wrote is the truth which my Ex, his mistress/wife, and their attorney do not want in court. The anonymous person who sent the previous blog comment claiming that I wasn't willing to admit the truth and that I needed to tell the readers the whole story, has been given more than a month to provide any information that I supposedly omitted. They have not come forward because they know that they have nothing credible to add or to challenge. This anonymous person apparently works in the medical field since the blog comment came through the Baptist Health Care internet service provider during the night shift of 11/04/08 at 12:52 a.m. At that moment, someone was on the site within the Baptist Health Care System (see below) ON THE PAGE FOR INTERESTING COMMENT-6 at 12:52:06 a.m. The only people that I know who are medical professionals are 1) Benton Tower, my ex-husband who works at Methodist Children's Hospital unless he's working at Baptist as well and I doubt that very much. 2) Polli Tower, his mistress/wife who I last heard was working at various hospitals around town when and where she is needed. Given those two possibilities, I wonder who the author was. If ever challenged in court, we will find out who was working that evening and who was online there. Could Polli be trying to save face after confronting Benton about this book and trying to leave him after he hit her and she fled for her safety? The public record shows that she filed a protective order and they filed for divorce, but this soon was all dismissed as she seems to have fallen for his manipulation and has come back home to him. Neither party will admit the truth because they have been telling the lies and playing the cheating part for so long now that too much rides on not backing down. But if I were in their position and someone wrote a tell all book about me that was "ficticious and slanderous", I would have them in court so fast their heads would spin. However, in this case, no one, not even their attorney, has said Boo about this book, because they all know that they can't risk this kind of evidence getting into court. What say you now, Benton, Polli, Robert, Adrian, Manuel, and Kathy?
